Ruffner Office Park is located in the Trussville, Alabama area on Ruffner Road. The office park is within the city limits of Irondale (although closer to Trussville shopping and restaurants), which is advantageous because of the lower tax structure in Irondale as opposed to Trussville and Birmingham. Tenants in the building include not-for-profit organizations, small businesses, a law firm, and contractors.
Ruffner Office Park is conveniently located near the intersection of Highway US 11 and I-59. The location is convenient to access any point in the greater Birmingham area. For example, it is just 20 minutes from downtown Birmingham, 5 miles from Crestwood Blvd, 10 miles from Homewood, and 3 Miles from Centerpoint. Super Wal-mart, Super Target, Century Plaza Mall, Medical Center East, Springville Road Library, and Sears are all located within 6 miles and readily accessible via major roads and highways.
We believe that we offer the best value in the Trussville area. For the price, our offices are larger, have better amenities and provide more usable square footage. In addition, the already competitive rental rates include electricity, water/sewer and Wi-Fi internet access. We have an onsite property manager who also operates his business from our building.
In 2007 and early 2008, we refurbished the building by investing in a new roof, resealing the parking lot, laying 18" ceramic tile in the common corridor in the building, and installing wood flooring in many of the offices for tenants.
